He was very pleasant to work with and made all of the transactions completely painless. We moved out before putting our house on the market, and he capably took care of everything that was needed to get to the finish line -- picking up and installing a couple of replacement windows himself at no extra cost, and arranging contractors to take care of the few things that came up in the inspection report. he handled the inevitable negotiations (offers and counter-offers) expertly -- serving us very well in that regard. An honest and down to earth guy who I enjoyed working with!
